Reach out through the contact page and tell us a little about what you’re looking for. We’ll confirm current availability, match you with the dietitian who fits best, schedule, and send intake paperwork before your first session.
Some insurance plans require a referral for coverage, and we’ll tell you if yours does. Many clients come to us without a formal diagnosis, and some are unsure whether what they’re experiencing “counts”. Struggling with food or your body is reason enough.
The initial consultation is 55+ minutes. We talk about your history with food and your body, your medical picture, what’s happening day to day, and what you want life to look like. Nothing is asked of you in that session except honesty at whatever level feels possible.
Most clients start either weekly or biweekly, for either 55 or 30 minutes depending on need and budget. As things steady we space sessions out. Length of care varies widely; recovery is not linear, and the plan flexes with you.
Weight loss is never the goal of our work, and care is not altered based on body size. Weight can be one data point, but is certainly not the full picture. We are Health At Every Size® aligned providers.
Only when it’s clinically necessary, and never without talking it through with you first. Closed weights are available, numbers are not shared unless you ask, and you can decline.
Sometimes structure helps early on, and sometimes it makes things harder. We decide together. When we do use one it’s a scaffold to lean on while your own hunger and fullness cues come back online, not a set of rules to follow forever.
That’s a normal place to start, and it’s welcome here. Ambivalence is part of the work, not a reason to wait for a better week. We work at a pace you can tolerate and take one step at a time.
In nearly all cases yes, and we can help you find one. With your consent we also coordinate with your therapist and physician so everyone is telling the same story.
We’ll say so directly. We can help you find the right program and stay involved through the transition back.

Yes. Our sessions are protected health information. We only communicate with other members of your care team when you’ve given written consent, with the narrow legal exceptions covering imminent risk of harm.
We generally work with ages 10+, though are open to assessing other situations for the best fit.
Contact us to inquire about availability for new clients. We read every message ourselves.
