Drew Haginas RD, LD
Hi there! My name is Drew Haginas and I am a registered dietitian from Houston, Texas. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods at the University of Houston. After my undergraduate studies, I completed my Dietetic Internship/Master of Science in Nutrition and Metabolism from The University of Texas Medical Branch. I believe food serves a multitude of purposes in our lives beyond just fueling our bodies. Food can provide comfort, be a source of connection to our culture, and food can be an outlet of creativity and exploration. This is why I practice a Health at Every Size (HAES®) and non-diet approach to help you heal your relationship with food and learn how to live unbound by diet culture and without societal standards around food and your body. Outside of my work at Liz Brown Nutrition, I have experience helping those recovering from eating disorders at the partial hospitalization level of care.
