Hi, I’m Liz! I am a non-diet Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people make peace with their bodies and with food through online nutrition counseling.
My goal is to help people finally stop dieting and obsessing about weight by learning to trust their body’s cues.

How It Works
Step 1: Get In Touch
Get started with a free 15 minute phone consultation. We will talk about your history, goals, and work together to decide a plan of action.
Step 2: Initial Session
Our first session will include a full assessment. We will discuss your current and past relationship with food and your body, typical eating patterns, medical diagnoses, and more. We will work together to formulate reachable goals and talk about the plan to reach them.
Step 3: Follow-Up
Having a support system is extremely important – that’s why I’m here! Each follow-up session will include a general check-in, as well as addressing any roadblocks that have come up. We will work together to find solutions to help you overcome those challenges.
